Serving Aventura

Cleaning in Aventura, done properly.

Luxury condos and rentals kept guest-ready year round.

Aventura is a city of towers. Around Country Club Drive and along Dumfoundling Bay, the biggest share of homes sits in buildings from around 1980, like Turnberry Isle and the Terraces, with a newer wave on Williams Island and at Porto Vita. Inside, the floors repeat from listing to listing: marble in the living room, porcelain in the kitchen, often hardwood in the bedrooms. That mix shapes how we clean. Marble needs pH-neutral products and nothing acidic, so it goes on the checklist we write for your unit. Prolush Cleaning drives up from Coral Gables, checks in at your front desk, and sends the same vetted crew every visit.

Here's our position for Aventura: book a deep clean before you start a recurring plan. Many units here sit closed for months as second homes or seasonal rentals, and South Florida's rainy season runs May 15 to October 15 with dew points above 70. A closed apartment in August grows mildew in grout, AC vents and closets, and a weekly visit can't undo that in one pass. One thorough reset, then weekly or bi-weekly visits, is the order that works, and it's the order we'll suggest when you ask.

Local know-how

What cleaning in Aventura actually involves.

Front desks, valets and gate lists

Almost every Aventura job starts at a desk. Mystic Pointe runs 24-hour security with concierge and valet, the Turnberry towers around Country Club Drive have 24-hour security, and Williams Island and Aventura Lakes sit behind guard gates. When a building asks for it, we coordinate with your concierge or property manager ahead of time, so the crew is on the visitor list, parked where vendors park, and at your door on time.

Marble first, then everything else

Listings across Aventura describe the same floors: marble in the main rooms, hardwood in bedrooms, porcelain in renovated kitchens and baths. Polished stone dulls fast under acidic or abrasive cleaners, and etching doesn't buff out. Your checklist names the floor in each room and what's safe on it, and the same crew follows that checklist every visit, so nobody has to relearn your unit.

Rainy season is mildew season

From May 15 to October 15, South Florida gets most of its yearly rain, and the air stays wet indoors too. In a tower with the AC set high while you're at work, that shows up as dark lines in shower grout, film on vent covers, and a musty closet. A summer deep clean targets exactly those spots, and each recurring visit goes after them again.

Restoration dust and elevator windows

Many 1980s towers on Country Club Drive are now inside Florida's 30-year milestone inspection cycle, which brings concrete repair, balcony work and fine dust that drifts indoors for weeks. Post-construction cleaning after your building's project is a real need here. So is timing: freight and service elevators are booked through management in many Aventura towers, so we schedule move-out and post-renovation cleans around the slot you're given.

Questions from Aventura

Before you book in Aventura.

Yes. Aventura runs on retail and medicine. HCA Florida Aventura Hospital on Biscayne Boulevard has more than 2,000 employees, and Aventura Mall has 300-plus stores, so plenty of units here are empty during a shift. Access is arranged once with your front desk or property manager and repeated on every visit. You keep the same vetted crew, and your checklist stays the same, so you don't need to be home.

We do, in buildings that allow short stays. Whether you can host depends first on your condo's declaration (minimum lease terms, board approval, rental caps) and on the city's current rules, so check both before you list. If your building permits it, or you rent furnished by the month or season, we handle the turnover between guests with a checklist written for your unit and the same crew each time. Most enquiries get a reply the same day.

Use the instant estimate online. It takes about two minutes and shows a starting price for your unit size and service before you talk to anyone. The team works in English and Spanish, and a 15% welcome offer is live for first cleanings.
