Aventura is a city of towers. Around Country Club Drive and along Dumfoundling Bay, the biggest share of homes sits in buildings from around 1980, like Turnberry Isle and the Terraces, with a newer wave on Williams Island and at Porto Vita. Inside, the floors repeat from listing to listing: marble in the living room, porcelain in the kitchen, often hardwood in the bedrooms. That mix shapes how we clean.
